Fine dining with Sydney’s best foodies

It’s back! This year’s subscriber-exclusive dinner with the Herald’s top foodies – Good Food Guide editor Joanna Savill and Good Living editor Sue Bennett – is at Sepia Restaurant and Wine Bar. Sepia is the creative collaboration between two of Sydney’s highly regarded food identities – the renowned seafood wholesaler George Costi of De Costi Seafoods and British-born Sydney chef Martin Benn. Ten lucky subscribers and their guest will have the opportunity to join the editors for a five-course tasting menu and matching wines.

Young Chefs Dinner

An annual highlight of the Crave Sydney International Food Festival is the Young Chefs’ Dinner, at which five of Sydney’s most talented and promising young chefs show off their talents. Experience the journey of the coffee bean from the plantation in the mountains of south-western Honduras to your palate at Don Adan Coffee House in Mosman. Gerard Barrios, owner and roast master, shares 140 years of family history and a lifetime of experience. He demonstrates how to taste and understand coffee in a hands-on workshop.
