Darling Harbour Fiesta
Darling Harbour Fiesta is Australia’s hottest Latin American festival. Get ready to rumba over the October long weekend with 70 of the best Latin bands and dance groups - including international acts exclusive to Sydney - with more than 700 performers on three outdoor stages around Darling Harbour. Fiesta is sassy, sexy and sensational, combining live performances - including salsa and tango experts, Brazilian Carnivale girls, flamenco dancers and capoeira masters - with a delicious range of Latin American and Spanish food stalls at Tumbalong Park.
Venezuelan salsa orchestra Bailatino, exclusive to Sydney's Darling Harbour Fiesta, and double Grammy winners Aterciopelados (Colombia), lead Fiesta’s carnivale featuring over 700 top Latin American performers from around Australia and the globe, including a hot-pot of Latin-infused bands, dance classes with world champions; and mouth-watering food fair - giving everyone the opportunity to join the party.
Fiesta reaches sizzling heights on Sunday night when fireworks light up the sky to a live soundtrack performed by Mi Tierra.
Best of all, the passion and rhythm of Fiesta’s events are free!
Darling Harbour Fiesta is presented by Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority.
