Seven Bridges Walk

The Seven Bridges Walk, on Sunday 25 October, is a free and active way to see the best Sydney Harbour has to offer.  This community walking event takes advantage of the city’s awesome bridges, circling Sydney’s Harbour clockwise from the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge, through the bays of the Inner West, over the Parramatta River, through Lane Cove and across the lower North Shore.  Walkers can start at any of the seven Villages and finish where they want at a time that suits, between 8am and 5pm.

Best of all, the 25 kilometre Seven Bridges Walk encourages outdoor healthy, active participation and for a brilliant reason: to raise funds for four of Australia’s leading charities – beyondblue, The Heart Foundation NSW, Diabetes Australia NSW and the Cancer Council.

The event is for everyone, all ages and fitness levels.  It is not a race. There will be seven Villages along the course at Milsons Point, The Rocks, Pyrmont, Rozelle, Hunters Hill, Lane Cove and Wollstonecraft where there will be food, entertainment and live music. Free event buses and ferries will be available throughout the day to return participants to designated start locations throughout the course.

Seven Bridges Walk is presented by Pedestrian Council of Australia.
