World Chef Showcase Weekend

The World Chef Showcase Weekend will excite all food lovers from professionals to serious home cooks.  More than 30 local and international chefs - including Fuschia Dunlop (UK), Sebastian Bras (France), Andrea Nguyen (USA) and local favourites Kylie Kwong, Neil Perry and Justin North - will come together for for a weekend of cooking, talking and tasting.
